  • Public hearing conducted to solicit comments in real time

June 12, 2024
  • Federal Program Committee meeting to review, discuss, and make a recommendation on the draft DWSRF IUP and PPL. Public comments also accepted as part of the FPC meeting.
June 17, 2024
  • Deadline for submitting public comments on the draft IUP
June 19, 2024
  • Water Infrastructure Finance Authority Board of Directors’ meeting to review FPC recommendations and public input before adoption of the final DWSRF IUP
  • After adoption, the IUP will be sent to EPA for final approval.
July 1, 2024
  • Begin implementation of the Approved DWSRF IUP.
