WIFA Board
The WIFA board meets monthly, with additional meetings scheduled as necessary, and all sessions are held with the establishment of a quorum. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, all notices of the meetings of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority and any of its committees, subcommittees, advisory committees, and public hearings will be posted on the WIFA website, the Arizona Public Meetings website. In addition, printed notices are published on the bulletin board outside the Arizona Department of Administration building at 100 N. 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007.
Record availability
All meeting agendas and notices will be posted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. Pursuant to ARS 38-431.01, all public meetings are recorded. The final meeting materials are available for public inspection no later than three working days after the meeting. If the materials or recordings have not been posted or updated, or if you are interested in older meeting minutes, please contact us for copies.
