Notice of Quorum – Industry Forum
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that a quorum of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) Board may attend and participate in:
WIFA Industry forum at 100 N. 7th avenue, phoenix, AZ 85007 or virtually, via Zoom. Please contact WIFA staff for attendance registration and information including virtual link.
The purpose of attending this event is for:
WIFA is asking a diverse set of public and private water supply interests to describe potential water augmentation opportunities they have identified or believe may be valuable for WIFA to consider through a Request for Information (RFI). The results will help to define augmentation solutions that can meaningfully impact Arizona’s water supply portfolio in ways consistent with Arizona’s needs – both current and anticipated.
A quorum of the WIFA Board will not discuss, take, or propose any legal action.
